With a background in organizational change and people development, Cheryl has worked with top brands like Barclays Bank, RBS Group, Travelodge, IHG, Kellogg EU, United Utilities, and several SaaS businesses. She is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & development and a qualified Instructional Designer.

Since 2013, Cheryl has thrived as a freelance Creative Director and Content Consultant, collaborating with large corporates, small businesses, novelists, academics, and freelancers.

As an accomplished writer, Cheryl is a published author under a pen name, with her work featured in anthologies and podcasts. As an scriptwriter, she earned Best Drama Script from Rome’s 8 & Halfilm Film Festival and won 1st Prize for Creativity & Storytelling in an international competition for her short film, Separation.

Cheryl’s passion for storytelling and creative problem-solving drives her work, whether creating courses, writing papers or bringing imaginative ideas to video creation.

Andy brings over 20 years of experience in retail and logistics within the food industry, paired with a fascinating history of working on the Harry Potter films, where he ensured the safety and well-being of the animals in specially-designed housing near Alnwick Castle.

A versatile Singer and Narrator, Andy has performed at stadiums, private events, and even for members of the Royal Family. His rich voice can be heard on rock and folk band albums, and he’s featured in the "Highway to Hell" video on the Samples page.

Most recently, he completed a year-long voiceover project with an international educational academy. He focuses upon the audio, narration and remastering audio aspects of the business. He also manages our small team that provide support services.
